ScheduleWing makes scheduling and managing appointments easy for both you and your clients! One way is through automated email messages that are sent to your clients when certain scheduling criteria are met. You also have the capability to customize the text of several of these email templates.
The following is a list of automated emails that ScheduleWing sends to your clients on behalf of your business. In order for clients to receive email notifications from your business, they must have a valid email address in the "Client Details" section their client record (Users tab > Customer).
Appointment Confirmation: An appointment confirmation email sends automatically to your Clients when they book an appointment online or when you book an appointment for them via your Business Schedule. You cannot resend a confirmation email once the appointment has already been added to your Schedule.
Appointment Reminder: An appointment reminder email sends automatically to your Clients 24 hours and 1 hour before their scheduled appointment time.

Request Appointment: Can't Find a Suitable Time? Customers only receive a text message and email notification if you approve a request. The customer receives the same Appointment Confirmation message.
