Select: (Schedule>Service>Add New>Input Service Name)
Note: if you would like to map the service to a category, select from dropdown: Service Category. Also, make sure to create the Category before trying to map to the service. (SCHEDULE>CATEGORIES)
When adding the service there are several other fields available to further explain the service. Including:
Service Description & Service Image:
Service Category: make sure to create the Category before trying to map to the service. If category is not setup then it will not display in the Service Category drop down.
Provider Name: Provider Description: Provider Image
Location: Location Description: Location Image
Price: Price of service. Control the Currency from (SERVICE>SCHEDULE)
Session Length: the length of time for the service.
Order: refers to the order of where the service will display in relation to other services in the drop down selection.
Show in Schedule: active by default, a quick control to disable the service from the booking interface.
Paypal ID & Square ID with Secrets: only use if their is a specific merchant for this service. For example: if a Salon Business has several stylists that each collect payment for their services using their own paypal or square account then you can connect that stylists to their services direct. Note: for most business you will leave this section blank and manage payments from the PAYMENT INTEGRATION section and your payment processor listed.
Note: all fields are optional when setting up services and if you leave blank they will NOT display in the booking interface.
Once you have added services they will be listed in the Services section and controls display next to each on the right side.
How to setup Schedule and Add times for each service?
To manage the schedule for each service select: SCHEDULE next to the service listed:
Select the desired Day of week.
The Time Input options will display. There are 2 types of Time Inputs.
1. Time Point
2. Time Range
Time Point is the default option and allows you to input individual times, For example: 1:00 PM, 1:15 PM, 1:30 PM
Time Range allows you to set a range. For Example: 12:00 PM-1:00 PM , 1:00 PM - 3:00 PM
How to Set Specific Days Schedules?
Note: this feature will override your existing schedule for the specific day you input.
1. Navigate to Specific Days section
2. Select Date from calendar and click ADD
3. Select Time Input box next to Date added
4. Input the Times for that day
What do the controls next to each service listed mean?
STATUS: Active/Inactive - Select this to hide/show this service in the public booking interface.
UPDATE: Manage all service details
SCHEDULE: Input Time for each day
ADD TIMEOUT: Block Out time for a service
DELETE: Service and all details for the service are removed permanent.
