Online Booking for New User: Select this to allow new Clients to book online through your Website, through booking options you've added social media and other areas of the web, such as email signature (if applicable), and through Facebook Connect. A new Client is anyone booking online using a phone number or email address not on file in your account. A record with that phone number or email address will be added to your account upon completion of online booking.
Online Booking for Existing User: Select this to allow existing Clients to book online. The phone number or email address on file in the Details section of the Client's record is used to determine their status with your Business. By ScheduleWing's definition, an existing Client is someone who has a record on file in your account, has a phone number or email address on file in their record, and uses that same phone number or email address to book online.
Checkout Controls: Depending on your type of business and the way you operate you will want to explore these controls and select what is relevant for your business.
