In order for staff to be able to sync their calendar you must 1st add them to the Staff List inside the dashboard. Once staff has been added to the dashboard they will be able to login directly from your booking screen and sync their calendar.
PART 1: Add Staff to Dashboard
Step 1: Select Users > Staff Management > Add New.
Step 2: Input your staff members email and create a password for them. We recommend adding other details for the staff member including their phone number so they can receive text message alerts.
Step 3: Select Save.
PART 2: Staff Sync their Calendar
Step 1: Have the staff member visit your booking page and login. It does not matter if the booking page is already installed on your website(Float or Embedded) or if you are using the Visual Calendar or direct booking page with a link that looks like this: https://schedulewing.com/schedule/bookingdemo
Step 2: Staff should select login from upper right corner of booking screen and input email/password that you setup for them.
Note: if you did not create a password for the staff or it was forgotten they can use the Forgot the password? link on login screen.
Step 3: Once staff member logs in, select Name in upper right corner.
Step 4: Select Your Booking
Step 5: Select Calendars
Step 6: select Connect next to the calendar type
Step 7: select type of sync(s) 1 way or 2 way and save.
